Function to edit a sent message on WhatsApp

Since May 22, 2023, WhatsApp has offered its users the ability to edit their message after sending. But be careful, there is one condition:

Simply long-press a message and select “Edit” from the menu within fifteen minutes of sending it.

The “Edit” button will appear here to allow find your mobile number database to edit a WhatsApp message after sending it.
Good to know : Your message will have an "edited" label, which will let you and your recipients know that it's not the original message. But don't worry, they won't be able to see older versions.

In its press release, WhatsApp clarified that these messages, like all others sent via the messaging app, are protected by end-to-end encryption, which ensures confidentiality and security.

Currently, this feature is not yet available to everyone, but is being rolled out globally and should be updated to the app in the next few weeks.
